The Category and Sub Category descriptions don't quite describe us so here is the scoop:

Madden Construction, Inc., is a general contractor.  Started in 1952, has built residential and commercial projects as well as major bridges throughout WA and ID.  Venture Five, LLC started in 1978 and develops commercial business parks an buildings that are then leased and managed.  We currently operate over 200,000 square feet of light industrial zoned business parks and commercial buildings. 

If you are looking for lease space for manufacturing, distribution or storage, most of our buildings are 24 foot clear span with 3 phase power.   We have locations in Bellevue, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, and Idaho.

We currently lease the majority of our space to various sports-related tenants that offer services including gymnastics, martial arts, dance, cheer leading, badminton, volleyball, crossfit and specialized personal training.  If you are looking to open a service business such as physical therapy, pilates, martial arts, basketball, indoor soccer and so forth, our locations in Bellevue and Mukilteo may be of interest to you.
